- Dennis pledges have exceeded its Annual Catholic Appeal target. Pending payment of all pledge amounts, St. Dennis Church will receive 50% of the overage funds.
- There will be an "Annual Report to Parishioners" prepared by both Pastoral and Finance Council in the upcoming months.
- We are looking for new members, if you are Interested please talk to Fr. Jim. Meetings are held on the First Thursday of each month, 6:30pm in the Parish Office
One Can At A Time Resumes

Dear St Dennis Parishioners and Friends,
You are cordially invited to restart your participation in the “One Can at a Time” project to assist area food pantries in feeding the hungry.
Please bring your unexpired canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned tuna or meats, boxed cereals, pastas, peanut butter, pasta sauce, etc. and place them in the baskets at the church entry doors. Your generosity feeds those in need in our community.

Historic Church Tours

As part of the Diocese of Wilmington's 150th Anniversary celebration, the Old Bohemia Historical Society (OBHS) invites visitors to explore the first church in the diocese, St. Francis Xavier Shrine (Old Bohemia). The buildings will open the first Saturday of every month beginning April 7, 2018 through March 2, 2019 for the Diocesan Historic Churches Pilgrimage. Guided tours will be offered at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. The rectory museum and graveyard will be accessible for individual inspection and study. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. At 11 a.m., Mass will be celebrated in the historic church. A first-class relic of St. Francis Xavier will be displayed for veneration after most services.
