Religious Education Program Registration 2023-24

We are glad that your child(ren) will be joining us in the St. Dennis Church Religious Education
Program! Submit this form by May 28, 2023 to receive the early registration discount! After
July 30, 2023 registrations will be considered late and tuition costs will increase further.

If you are new to our parish, please note that by completing this form you will also be
registering for St. Dennis Parish. If you are not a parishioner at St. Dennis please stop and
contact Jennifer Hinton at stdennisreled@gmail.com.

Instructions
Please select your child's grade for Religious Ed. Students in the Sacrament Prep (First Reconciliation and First Eucharist) class should also register for Religious Ed with their grade. Students in grades 3-8 who have not had regular Religious Education classes should register for Religion Readiness in addition to their regular grade. Only qualified students will be permitted in all Sacrament Prep classes. The DRE will contact you if your child is assigned to a different class.

		Registration is not complete until you pay the tuition and fees. On or before May 28, 2023 the tuition is: 1 child $55, 2 children $95, 3 or more $115. On or before July 30, 2023 the tuition is: 1 child $70, 2 children $110, 3 or more $130. After July 30th, 2023 registration is considered late and tuition increases: 1 child $100, 2 children $140, 3 or more $160. There is a $100 Sacrament Prep (First Reconciliation & First Eucharist) fee and a $100 Confirmation Prep fee. Payment may be made online through FaithDirect, by mailing a check with "Religious Ed Tuition" in the memo line, or by paying in-person.
