Reminder to register for Religious Ed at the Early Bird Rate! Please feel free to share with anyone you think would be interested!
It's time to register your kiddos for Religious Ed next year! Since we can't meet in person, you just need to fill out the attached registration forms and email them back to me (or you can print them and mail them if you prefer). Payment can be done through FaithDirect or you can mail a check. Cash payments will be accepted in person once we can meet again - I'll keep you posted! Just be sure to get your registration forms in before May 11 to lock in the Early Registration rate. Attached you will also find a tuition assistance form - please fill this out if Religious Ed would be a financial burden. If things are tight right now due to the coronavirus restriction effects and you need to pay later, please send in the paperwork before May 11 and we can work out a payment plan later.A couple of changes for Sacrament Prep classes:The First Reconciliation/First Eucharist class will meet on Monday evenings from 6-7 pm. The date/time may change due to the needs and availability of the students and catechists. These students would attend regular Religious Ed classes with their grade level on Sundays in addition to meeting Monday evenings for Sacrament Prep. There will be no Confirmation Prep class in the 2020-21 school year, as we are transitioning from Confirmation in 9th grade to Confirmation in 10th grade. Here are links to the registration forms as Google docs (copy them to your Google account to fill them out), or you can use the attached Word files.¡Es hora de registrar a sus hijos para la educación religiosa el próximo año! Please email me if you have any questions!

This Week's Readings
- Hits: 1876
First Reading: Isaiah 35:1-6a, 10
Isaiah tells us that when Christ comes, the weak will be made strong, the deaf will hear, the blind will see, and, above all, “sorrow and mourning will flee.”
Second Reading: James 5:7-10
As the farmer waits patiently through winter and spring for the “yield of the soil” so, too, must we wait patiently for the coming of the Messiah.
Gospel: Matthew 11:2-11
While in prison, John sends a messenger to Jesus to ask, “Are you He who is to come or do we look for another?” Jesus replies by citing the miracles he has performed for the blind, the deaf, and the crippled. He concludes by identifying John as the messenger He has sent to prepare the way. ©2000 Bon Venture Services, Inc.
